Why can't I see the names on my order confirmation? We are currently working on that. You can see them in your orders though. Log into your account and you'll see those darling names.
When will my order arrive? We ship within 2-3 weeks. Sometimes faster! YAY! Get your orders in early for the holidays. That's when it's more likely to extend to the 3 weeks. We will always tell you the cut off date for guaranteed delivery in terms and conditions in check out.
Why does processing take so long? Our fabulous team (aka: pillows2 family) personally prints each one here in Utah. We wanted to create a company of beautiful pillowcase that will last a long time. The process takes a bit longer to make sure it's the highest quality. Each one is carefully looked over for perfection. We do have a strong team who works many hours to get these out to you as fast as possible.
Yes, there are faster companies out there who can do mass production very quickly, but we haven't found any that have the quality and service we provide.
Can I do a custom designed picture? Not yet. We have that on our bucket list. That will be a super fun feature once available. Imagine the possibilities!
Can I get an update on my order? You'll get an update emailed to you once it's been printed. Then you'll get another one once it's been shipped out. It will even have tracking on it! YAY!
Can I pay for expedited shipping/rush order? Not yet. That is also on our to do list. We hope to provide that shortly.
What are the washing instructions? Wash as normal. They can be put in the dryer too. We wanted them to be easy and family friendly when it came to washing.
What is the difference in size between the adult and child? Nothing. They are the same size. The only difference is the designs.
